About Rugby

Rugby, although a relatively new sport to the Laurentians, has a growing number of enthusiastic players in the region with participants from local towns such as Mont Tremblant, Arundel, St. Faustin, Labelle, Lachute, Morin Heights and Sainte-Agagthe-des-Monts.

Please see our "Registration" page for details of costs, schedule, equipment and how to register.

Rugby 101 (produced by Rugby Canada):

Rugby is recognized as a very inclusive, community-oriented, team sport in that equipment levels and costs are kept to a minimum. Through the generosity of our sponsors, the Club aims to embrace these values by offering an affordable, subsidized registration fee.

Rugby is a true worldwide sport, played in over 100 countries.  The Rugby World Cup, that occurs every 4 years, is now the 3rd largest sporting event in the world (after the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup)

The enthusiasm of our players is matched by the passion of our volunteer FRQ-trained coaching team and volunteer assistant coaches, who are committed to passing on their knowledge and love of the game to as many players as possible. With representation from Canada, England, France, Wales and Argentina, the Coaching Team also reflects the cosmopolitan nature of the Mont Tremblant Community itself.
